I don't have login information, how do I get it?

If you forgot your user account login information
  1. Use this link for forgotten information.
  2. Fill in your email (or phone or VPS IP address) registered with the user account and confirm sending.
    Verification link in email is valid 24h. The request for sending can be repeated at any time, sending it does not change the original account password.
  3. Click the verification link in the email you received.
  4. Enter your new password for your account.
  5. Save your account password change.
  6. Try signing in:
    • for Login: enter the UID (your user account number - it is stated in the received email),
    • for Password: enter the newly created password.
If you have forgotten the root password to your WebApps server
  1. Sign in to the user interface.
  2. For your VPS (see the list of virtual servers on the "Dashboard" or in the "VPS" menu), click the "Detail" button.
  3. Click on the "Web apps" tab.
  4. Click the "Root access" tab.
  5. Delete the placeholders and replace them with a new password.
  6. Be sure to save the change with the "Save Changes" button.
Password loss for 1-click applications, OS installations, databases, FTP, etc.

In these cases, only you know your correct login to the service. Therefore, we recommend that you reinstall the service.
