VPS primary IP addresses can only be exchanged when you need to swap IP addresses between your VPSs. This action is charged by the action of the administrator according to the services price list.

If your IP address is on the third-party provider's blacklist in connection with the activity performed by your VPS, you are obliged to resolve this situation on your part. In these cases, the IP address cannot be replaced with another IP address.
